Sarah has been a dedicated and familiar presence at Bailey Financial since 2013, bringing continuity, care, and a steady commitment to client service. She began her career with the firm working alongside founder Richard Bailey, after more than a decade of experience in banking distinguished by exceptional attention to detail and a heart for serving others.

Today, Sarah plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the office. As a licensed professional in both securities and life insurance, she supports clients through appointment coordination, account preparation, communication with custodians and carriers, and the many behind-the-scenes details that aim to ensure each client experience is smooth and well-supported. Her organizational strength and calm presence help keep the office running efficiently while allowing advisors to remain focused on long-term planning and relationships.

Sarah’s commitment to service extends beyond the office. She is actively involved at Life Community Church, where she has been a member for many years and serves on the praise and worship team, reflecting the same servant hearted approach she brings to her work.

A devoted mother, Sarah, is proud of her three children, an adult daughter and two sons who are active in school and sports. Outside of work, family time often centers around games, practices, and shared activities. When she finds a quiet moment to herself, Sarah enjoys painting and tackling creative home DIY projects.
