Ryan Bailey

Born and raised in Ada, Oklahoma, Ryan Bailey learned the value of hard work, loyalty, and faith at an early age. He began his career in financial services alongside his father, Richard, at Bailey & Associates Financial Services, where he saw firsthand what it meant to support a family and serve a community with integrity. Ryan often says that his father’s example — and the sacrifices he made — shaped not only his career, but the kind of man he strives to be.

Ryan and his wife, Macy, were married in 2013 and together have three children — Shani, Austin, and Jayci. A devoted husband and father, Ryan has spent years on the sidelines of ballfields and tennis courts, cheering on his children as they grew. Family time is deeply important to him, whether that means gathering everyone together or spending quiet moments outdoors. He finds peace in nature and is happiest on the lake — even if the fish never bite.

In 2019, Ryan and Macy purchased Bailey & Associates Financial Services from Richard, continuing a legacy rooted in integrity and long-standing relationships.  While Ryan is no longer a part of Bailey Financial Services, he remains an important part of its history and foundation.
