With a background in Human Resources and a natural gift for listening, Macy believes effective financial planning begins with understanding each client’s story. She approaches her work with care, clarity, and respect, helping individuals and families make informed decisions they can feel confident about. In 2019, Bailey Financial Services founder Richard Bailey entrusted the firm to the next generation, with Macy and and her husband Ryan stepping into leadership to carry forward a legacy built on dedication, integrity, and long-standing relationships. Today, Macy leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and securities services, thoughtfully combining modern tools and resources with the personalized service clients have utilized for decades.
Family plays a central role in Macy’s life and perspective. As a wife and mother of three, her life is often shaped by the interests and activities of her children and family supporting them in sports, spending time outdoors, and staying engaged in the life of the community. That lived experience gives her a deep understanding of the importance of planning for every season of life, from building a future to caring for loved ones.
